The Air Turbine Engine - The Crystal Ion

Project Status

Rockwell Scientific Research, L.L.C., appreciates your interest in the  Aerodynamic Air Turbine Engine.

February 4, 2008

Research and development continue on the Aerodynamic Air Turbine  Engine (AATE).  Signifigant advancements have been made to the AATE for 2008. Preparations are underway to complete final testing and any modifications if needed on the new 2008 designed (AATE) Prototype engine to verify and certify the proprietary Vortex Implosion Air Technology (VIAT) is properly working, before moving into stage one of manufacturing its first commercial units. Comprehensive procedures which measure the performance of torque, rpm's, and other functions are necessary in order to move forward toward official testing which will be required as the project  progresses.  Chart-certified measurements confirm the reliability of  the engine which is an essential stepping-stone toward the ultimate goal of beginning manufacturing.

"Retrofitting" the engines to existing automobiles, household power  sources, and other machinery is a top priority in order for them to be  successfully used as a clean energy source.   Progress has been made  in the area of acquiring equipment which adapts the AATE's rpm's for use in many different capacities. Achieving results which satisfy RSR,  L.L.C. as well as all government agencies that will monitor progress,  will require several months of testing and proven reliability.

Cost of the engine and retrofit kits are difficult to estimate at this time.  However, it is the goal of Rockwell Scientific Research, L.L.C.  to bring about positive change by making this technology available to  the world as a whole, not just to a chosen few individuals, groups, or  countries.  Therefore, every attempt will be made to make all levels and sizes of the AATE technology available equally and fairly to all.

Specific conceptual and technological information regarding how the AATE operates cannot be disclosed.  Only RSR, L.L.C. personnel and  partners with high-level security clearance will have access to that information. All investment inquires must be sent via postal mail to:
